Question about Lexmark X83 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I just got new ink for both color and black...it worked for a week and then all of a sudden ..I have gotten a color ink low error ....and the cartridge....has just been refilled......
Hi there the ink cartridges are designed to be used once. Most of these new ink cartridges have a set chip on it once you have installed a new cartridge it registers that a new one has been installed and resets the ink counter for that cartridge. When you refill the cartridge it doesn't reset the chip.
I don't know how to reset the chip but the best suggestion I can offer is to purchase a compatible cartridge that has been reset.
