While holding minute minder and cook period buttons press + or - to set the time after time is set release buttons this should allow for normal operation
Turn off the mains power. wait about thirty secs. turn back on, you should have either all 0's or 8's flashing. Looking at the clock buttons left to right. press the button fourth from left and the - or + to set the time (doesn't have to be the correct time, just not flashing 0 or 8's). Leave for second until the display is not flashing. You should be able to use the oven now. If not you may have a problem with the clock, this can happen if you have been using the top grill with the door open and the controls have gotten too hot. Neff ovens have no function where the door is left open during cooking or grilling.
Bottom oven is directly linked to the clock, If the clock is on but not set ie 0:00 or 12:00 flashing it won't work, set the time (doesn't have to be right, just not flashing) try oven again. If this is not the problem please contact me again and we'll look further. Cheers
These things are a pain! When you first power up a lot of New Workd ovens, they come up in AUTO mode and the oven won't work, so you have to take it out of auto mode and stop the clock flashing. I'm giessing that though your clock DISPLAY isn't working, the clock is and the oven think it is.
There are 6 buttons below the clock display. To take it out of AUTO and stop the clock and oven thinking the display is flashing:
Numbering the buttons from left to right as 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 (because they have silly symbols!) press the 4th button (a picture of a hand) you will hear a little click and the oven will now work. If you have to power the unit off for more than about a minute at any time, you will need to do this again
Hi
You need to set your clock
If it is a digital timer you usually have to press 2 of the buttons on the bottom and once you see a change in the clock (usually it stops flashing) press the up or down button to set the time
once the time is set you may need to push the manual button sometimes this button is identified by a hand

If it is a digital timer and u have display, thenyou must make sure it is set to manual and not flashing auto, or the oven will not work.
If it is an anologue timer tweak the knobs until you can see a hand symbol showing this is the manual mode.
If no display of any kind, and u are sure u have a supply to oven then timer could be faulty.
Hope this helps.
U must ensure that u have a supply to the oven befor trying to alter timer.
Plz rate solution.
Thanks.
