Pickup is not pickup the paper when the paper are less in hp laserjet 1320n

As Vishwanathu stated first try cleaning the pickup roller. It is located on the bottom of the printer. Remove the paper tray and you will find it as shown here.


If cleaning the roller does not solve the issue then the roller kit will need to be replaced. The rubber tire gets worn down and become smooth, when this happens it can't grip the paper right to feed it into the printer. The roller kit for the Laserjet 1320 is available here:

you must clean you printer

It sounds like your paper pickup roller is worn down and can't grip the paper to pick it up. This roller is located on the bottom of the printer. Pull the paper tray all the way out and turn the printer over and you can see it as seen in the attached picture.

This roller comes in a kit along with the separation pad and the charge roller. When you replace one its best to replace them all. The roller kit is available here:

either you upgreat memory or print order less than 50 pages at a time.

first you open the back side door of the printer and put down the two green lever and take out paer from there easily if possible clean fussing unit also.

Can you hear if the roller mechanism is kicking in? If you hear the roller moving but the paper is not even starting up the path, it's probably a worn pickup roller. If the solenoid is firing but the roller isn't turning then the feed roller shafts clutch mech is probably worn/broken and needs replaced.

See if there any paper clip or anything sticking inside the machine. Make sure the path is clean and clear.

and i got solution in troubleshooting....just vi refixe the connetion of laser scanner........its the error of comunication between laser scanner and formatter....

The HP LaserJet 1320 has a USB port and a Parallel port.

The HP LaserJet 1320n has a USB port and an Ethernet port.

USB-to-Parallel converter cables, like this one, are designed to attach a parallel device to a computer's USB port.

But you need to do the opposite (attach a USB device to a computer's parallel port). A USB-to-Parallel converter cable will not do this.

unistall the driver completly and install again so after that click shared printer and them try it
