Can't update software?

I am following the instructions on philips.com and when i put the memory stick into the tv, it is saying it doesn't find any new software? I checked the versions and the tv only has the very first release. The memory stick is FAT formatted. Help!

put the file in a folder called upgrades and manually search for it from the tv. this is how you force an upgrade on a philips television.
