You could purchase another identical external disk-drive, and "transplant" your "old" disk-drive into the new case, to see if you can read from the "old" disk while inside the "new" casing.
If not, then re-insert the "new" disk-drive into the "new" casing, and use the "new" external disk-drive as a 'BACKUP' for your files (not to hold the ONLY copy of your files).

Try re-starting in safe mode, press F8 as its booting, assuming all goes well choose safe mode, this loads a windows shell. Using Accessories - System tools - System restore - Restore to a point prior to your problemsn.

When i press the power button my computer turns on and after the dell loading screen it freezes completely if im fast enough i can press F2 F12 and even go to Safe mode screen but none of the options work...

his could be caused by a couple of problems but you are going to need access to a second computer to determine the problem.

1) You have a disk that is failing and it has had an error. Got to the disk makers site and down load their diagnostic program and check the disk. This is a stand alone CD so you don't need to boot into the OS.

Another program that can temporarily fix errors is This program will stop after fixing the first error unless you buy it. Again, this is a stand alone.

If it is a disk error, you need to quickly get your data off and install a new disk.

Don't have a second computer? then you need to take it to a local computer store where they can remove the disk, install it in a desktop and check it for errors.

2) This could be a virus, but I think #1 is your problem. has a free online virus scan if you can install the disk in a second computer.

Ive been given an ibjm memory stick and dont know

To use your memory stick, plug it into your computer's or laptop's usb port.
As soon as you plugged it in, Windows will install it automatically and display its contents. It will appear as an external disk under MyComputer. To view its size, right click on it and click properties.

I broke my asus eee pc 900 and couldnt start windows. so i tried installing from the xp disk..ive used 4gb thunb drives..external dvd drives. and i always have an error when trying to install on the hard...

most of the times if laptop or Desktop cpu falls then HDD is the very first part to be damaged.
You can try any third party software as partition magic or DM for formating the drive.

no it shouldnt be cause the heart rate would be based off your pulse

im not a heart specialist but ive had my share of heart polups and a faulty valve in my heart
i was told by my doctor that the heart rate is monitored by bloodpreasure threw the veins pulse so i dont think that the size of the watch would make a difference this is in my opinion based off my own docs words hes the doc what can i say

but recommend that you speak with your doctor about heart monitor watches they know more indepth about these devices or your local pharmacy

i hope this helped you out
