Re: paper loading

The issue you have posted regarding your printer which is un able to load the paper could be due to number of reasons like if there is any foreign material for example pen, pencil or any other obstacle which is blocking the paper to feed through the printer feeder then the printer will not be able to load the paper. However I would appreciate if you try the steps below in order to fix the issue.
1. Confirm that no foreign materials are inside the machine.
2. Confirm that usable paper is set.
3. Confirm that the paper is set properly.
4. Confirm that recommended paper is used, and the number of sheets set does not exceed the required limit.
5. Disconnect the printer power cord as well as the printer cable form the printer.
6. Turn the printer upside down and shake the printer in order to remove any obstacle which is stuck inside the printer causing the paper jam error.
Open the printer cover and remove the cartridges and check carefully if there is any small piece of paper which is stuck inside, if so remove it carefully.
7. Disconnect the printer power cord and press and hold the power button on the printer for about 15 to 20 seconds( this will release the flee power) and reconnect the printer and check.
8. Check and set the paper guide in the feeder to the paper size.
9. Try loading a single sheet and check if it is printing.
10. Try different type of paper.
11. try to rotate the roller inside the feeder which pulls the paper manually if possible to ensure that it is not jammed

Should you require any further assistance regarding the printer or even for any other computer related issue please feel free to contact me I will be more than glad to assist you.

I have a problem with my printer, when i switch it on the cartridge carrier moves to the left and all of a sudden the rollers rotate fast afterwards the cartridge carrier moves back to the right again and...

The machine is not detecting paper in it. If you have paper loaded in the machine, then your paper tray needs to be adjusted so that the rollers can pick up the paper. There is a plastic lever that you press and push up to the end of the bottom of your paper when its loaded in the tray. Remove the paper tray, load it with fresh paper and put it back in. Press the plastic lever and push the paper all the way up to where it is supposed to be to make sure that the rollers can pick it up. Then clean any documents that have not printeed out of your print que. You can find the print que down by your clock on the bottom right side of your screen. Click the arrow and look for a picture of a printer. Right click on top of the printer icon and delete documents that are pending. That should solve your problem.

Hp l7590b no paper load

hi friend,
Step 1Turn on your printer. Make sure it is plugged into an electrical outlet and installed properly.
  • Step 2Wait for your printer to stop. Do not load paper while it is printing or running any kind of maintenance operation.
  • Step 3Prepare your paper. Make sure your paper is right side up (glossy, whiter or label side should be facing up). Make sure all the pages are lined up together, like a deck of cards.
  • Step 4Locate your paper tray. Some printers have a manual tray and an automatic feed tray. Refer to your printer’s documentation to find the automatic feed paper tray.
  • Step 5Place your paper in the tray. For 8.5 by 11 inch (standard) paper make sure the 8.5 inch side will be fed into the printer.
  • Step 6Set the paper guide. This is the movable piece on the side of your paper tray. One side should move and the other should not. Move your paper so it touches the side that does not move, and slide the paper guide so it touches the other side. Some paper guides have markings so you can set it to the exact measurements if you know the size of your paper.
  • Step 7Set the paper thickness lever. Refer to your manual to determine which setting this lever should be at. Generally, standard paper does not need a different setting and special media like glossy photo paper or envelopes should use a thicker setting. You can usually access this lever the same way you access your ink cartridges.
  • Step 8Let your printer know what it is printing. If you are using a special media, then set the options before you print. Click “Properties” on the print dialog before you print something. From there, change your media type to whatever kind of paper you loaded.
  • jQuery('.article ol .image').each(function(i,e){ var $this = jQuery(this); $this.find('img').error(function(){ jQuery(this).remove(); $this.remove(); }); }); Tips & Warnings
    • Fan your paper back and forth before lining it up to load into your printer. This prevents static build up which is the leading cause of paper jams.
    • If your printer doesn’t feed the paper correctly at first, try making slight adjustments as it tries to feed to find the right spot.
    • Refer to your manual for in-depth paper loading instructions.
    • Many printers have a resume/cancel button. This is to be used when you need to load paper mid-print job.
    • Do not overload your printer.
    • Avoid non-standard media types such as loose leaf paper with holes or folded or wrinkled paper or anything with affixed stamps or stickers. These can jam your printer.
    hope this helps u

    Paper tray noise.

I actually fixed mine. I found this post and it did not fix the problem. Here is what happened. I was printing several documents and the paper ran out. I pulled the tray out at a slight angle this caused the try to catch on the paper level sensor tab and pulled it out of place. Since this was out of place when the printer lifted the paper, the printer did not know that the paper was up and would keep trying to lift it, hence the slipping of the cogs/gears and the load clicking noise. This sensor is a black tab on the printer by the rollers that pick up the paper. So to fix it this is what I did:
    1. Unplug it!
    2. Unplug it, seriously.
    3. Unscrew the silver bar on the bottom.
    4. Take the rollers out, the blue piece holding them in is flexible.
    5. Note the two black pieces that move back and forth. Observe that one of them has a spring and this one slides between one of the sensors on a breadboard. Remove the spring and don't lose it!
    6. The other tab is the one that caused my problem. If you have the same problem it won't go all the way back and slide between the other sensor. So to correct this you need to lift or push it back into place so that it will move between the sensor. If you do this correctly it won't move that much, just enough to do its job.
    7. Put the spring back on.
    8. Put the rollers back, there is a tab of the white part that slides in like a key hole.
    9. Reattach the silver bar. Keep in mind the grounding wire, make sure it is on top, visible to you when screwing it in.
    10. Insert tray and print.

    Happy printing!

    No paper error

There's a little plastice lever type thing that hangs down above where the paper tray is inserted. When the paper tray pops up after being inserted, the paper moves this lever up. This is how the printer knows if there is paper or not. With the tray out, push the little white lever up and see if the "No Paper" message goes away. If it does go away, the lever/sensor is working OK, if not the lever sensor is bad. If that was not the problem, check that the paper tray is popping up after being inserted (look from the back of the device while you insert the tray). If it does not pop up, there is a little white plastic button type thingy on the side of the tray that releases the paper tray to pop up after you insert it into the printer. Make sure that is working correctly. If you flip the pritner upside down, you can see this little white plastic button type thing that should release the paper tray to pop up during the insertion process.
