HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS TRANSLATED AS FOR YOU
VPhoto Settings:

First Row:
The first square is for frame (on or off). When you turn the frame feature on, you can only take pictures in 480 x 272 resolutions (according to the manual). When you’re in the picture preview mode, press triangle button to preview frame. After that, use left and right buttons on the D-pad to select different types of frames, use up and down buttons to select different categories of frames.
The second square is Dog Watch mode. When you’re in preview mode, press the R button to start the sound detection. The camera will start taking snap-shots when there is some loud sound (not movement) and save it onto the memory stick. To stop press the X button (button configuration might be different if you have a US PSP).
The third one is for timer (10 sec, 15 sec, 30 sec, 60 sec and the last one is off). When you’re in preview mode, press the R button to start the count-down.
The fourth square is for timer sound (on or off).
The fifth square is for camera’s sensitivities (on or off).

Second Row:
Shutter sound (normal, gun shot, inspiration, melody & kung-fu!).
On-screen help (on or off).
On-screen robot named Ijiro that give your hints (on or off).
Date stamp (on or off).
Resolution when taken pictures "with" Chotto Shot software (640 x 480 or 480 x 272 only). Without the Chotto Shot software, more resolutions are available.

After you finish with all the settings, move the cursor to the last single square on the botton to save your settings.
Video Settings:
First Row:
The first square is for automatic rapid shots settings (on or off). If you select on then you'll have the options of 0.5 sec, 1 sec, 10 sec, 30 sec & off.
The second square is manual rapid shots settings (on or off). If you select on then you'll have the options of 450 frames, 90 frames, 15 frames, 4 frames & off.
The third square is again, for camera's sensitivities (this time it's for video).

Second Row:
On-screen help (on or off).
On-screen robot named Ijiro that give your hints (on or off).
Date stamp (on or off).

Again, don't forget to save your settings by selecting the last single square on the bottom of the screen.

Slide Show:
ALL (all the videos and photos)
VIDEO (just the videos)
PHOTO (just the photos)
GROUP (you specify the group yourself and it can be just videos only, pictures only or both).

When you select any of the above you should get these options (below):

First Row:
On-screen help (on or off).
On-screen robot named Ijiro that give your hints (on or off).
Display details on screen (on or off).
On-screen progress bar (on or off).
Loop the slide show (on or off).

Second Row:
Fade options (slide, fade, rotation, random & off).
Background music or BGM (on or off and also you can specify what kind --> parade, bossanova, miyabi & off).
Slide show orders (by name, by date or random).
Time between each slide (5 sec, 15 sec, 1 min, 10 min or manually by pressing the circle button or the D-pad).
Display calendar on the screen (on or off).

Again, don't forget to save your settings by selecting the last single square on the bottom of the screen. After you save the settings, the slide show will commence.

To control the slide show while it's playing:
D-pad left button - if the video is playing then it will pause and if you press it again, it will rewind to the beginning of the clip.
D-pad right button - to advance to the next video or photo.
Circle button - if the video is playing then it will pause (same as the D-pad left button) but if you press it again, it will resume playing. When the photo is playing (as the slide show), it will advance to the next photo.
L shoulder button - if the calender option is selected, it will display the previous month.
R shoulder button - again, if the calender option is selected, it will display the next month.
Select button - when you press it, it will go to options.
Start button - when you press it, it will go to the main menu.

Album:

First, click on Album and then you should see 4 different tabs (All, Group, Video & Photo). Use L or R button to switch between each tab. Notice the bottom of the screen are menu selection for this page:
Select - Settings.
Start - Go back to main menu.
Circle button - Play.
Square button - Multiple selection (of the thumbnails).
Triangle button - Edit or delete.
X button - Deselect all (of thumbnails).

Settings:
On-screen help - On or off.
On-screen robot named Ijiro that give your hints (on or off).
Video looping - On or off.
On-screen progress bar - On or off.

Well, that's it for now. Sorry I don't have any pictures to accompany the translation. When I have more time, I will update this thread with more translation from manual. Hope this at least helps some of you to get started.

Update:

Well, since the GoEdit has been released in Europe, you can just go and download the software (which is in English) from here. Make sure to follow the instruction (correct folder name, etc and also it requires firmware 3.40 and above). Good luck and if you have any question please feel free to pm me.

Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

@dahaka

Please stop misleading people.

@loublou

The psp firmware are universal which means it comes with english built in as well. to do this, under the xmb interface (where you just switch on your psp), move to the very left, find something like system setting, then find display language, will be allow you to set to english interface, I am sorry but I am not at french either.

For instructions and manuals, I can give you link which sony provides, come with english manuals. Links as below.
