Need help with error code for Frigidaire Oven Please!
Just wondering if you have come across this problem with a Frigidaire self cleaning convection oven model FP6460-1 we are getting ERR F2 and cannot clear it. The stove top elements work but the oven itself will not clear. The last time i used it the door locked and it quit working. Any advice on how to clear it would be great. Thanks

Typically error code F10 indicates that your Frigidaire range has detected an issue with the runaway temperature (overheating). Let's attempt reprogramming your range by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. It is best to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn on your range. Usually this will clear most false error codes. If issue persists, at this moment I would suggest contacting a professional to proceed further. Most likely the RTD Probe (Resistance Temperature Detector) or the EOC (electronic oven control) will need replacing. Hope this helps! - Z
this is a free download site from frigedaire if you have your model number you can download your complete manuel i was unable to find the F9 code for an oven
but suspect it has to do with door lock switchs if you can download your manuel from site it may help you can try shutting off breaker for oven and see if it will reset
good luck ron
Thanks for using FixYa. F3 error code means the oven temperature sensor (above 3000 ohms) is open and you need to check for open wire connection between EOC (Electronic Oven Control - Clock) and the oven temperature sensor. If there is no wiring problem then you need to replace sensor. Please also check resistance of oven temperature sensor.

Hi, you stated that you cooked a meal that produced some humidity inside the oven. this is the cause of the F-1 code. the humid conditions that were present at the time, caused the EOC(electronic Oven Control) to short. you will need to replace this control board at this time. it has failed.
mirandash453, Welcome to fixya. I'm Huuum and happy to assist you,
What is the model and age of the wall oven? This may help, but without the model number I can not be sure. Send me this information and try this procedure below too! waiting for the info!! Huuum
You said, you have an F 2 error code going off on my Frigidaire self cleaning wall oven Electronic control has detected a fault condition. Push CANCEL to clear the display and stop the display from beeping. Reprogram the oven. If a fault reoccurs, record the fault number, push the CANCEL pad and contact an authorized servicer.
1. Shorted keypad. 2. Control's internal checksum may have become corrupted. 3. Control has sensed a potential runaway oven condition. Control may have shorted relay, RTD sensor probe may have gone bad.
1. Disconnect power, wait 30 seconds and reapply power. If fault returns upon power-up, replace EOC. 2. Check RTD sensor probe and replace if necessary. If oven is overheating, disconnect power. If oven continues to overheat when the power is reapplied, replace EOC. Severe overheating may require the entire oven to be replaced, should damage be extensive. 3. Replace EOC.
