Problem with Ariston LI 420 dishwasher - light for ECO blinking

Few days ago, when I started the dishwasher, light for programs was not flashing as usual. I thought that it is not important and choose program for washing. After finishing, the ECO program was flashing more frequently then usual, furthermore I have not choose that program for washing! Also, I have noticed that cap with detergent was closed and that dishes are not clean.
I have tried several things. I have called official service department for Ariston, but technicians have been busy and not available for me.
Then, I have tried to figure out what is wrong and try all programs for washing and only sink (3) was OK and have not show any error, but other programs have not finish there job! It stops after about half an hour, cap with detergent is closed and heater has not been started (water is cold).

I wonder if you have faced with these kind of problem and if you could suggest and proposed the solution.
