restore the phone to factory settings. depending on which phone it is here are the ways. for apple ,plug it into your pc/laptop and open itunes, click restore. for android turn phone off, press and hold the volume down button and the home button together, keep them held down while you turn the phone on . release them when you see the little green android guy, scroll down to factory reset
You might try holding down the power and home buttons at the same time.
Wait until you see the silver apple. Thats what I did when mine
wouldn't turn back on.there is an easier way instead of just guessing....
when you plug it into any form of charging source...just completely shut
down your iphone...and leave it there for how ever long it takes to
charge...(to be able to use it again is about 30 minutes)depends on your
energy sourceFirst open iTunes and Conect your iPhone cord to your computer, but do
not plug it into your iPhone. Then press and hold the home button on
your phone while conecting the iPhone cord into your iPhone continue to
hold down the home button. Then click restore in iTunes
I am guessing that your phone probably shut itself down to prevent data loss. When was the last time you shut it off by holding the top power button until it says slide to power off and then powering it off? I may be wrong in this but,... Okay, so have the phone unplugged and I want you to press and hold both buttons at the same time, the Top Power and the Home Screen Button and just continue to hold them, sometimes even for like a minute but I'm guessing within like 30 seconds or so the Apple logo will appear then you can release the buttons. If this does work you can prevent this from happening again by power cycling your phone on a daily basis or at least every other day. :-) I hope it helps good luck.
try to go to a local store or through your service provider to run a test on the battery that you are using. It might be defective, tyr using a different battery for the phone. If using a different battery would not resolve this issue, it means that the phone needs service.
