I would like to change my ringtone on my phone

Press the blue key, press no until you see Ringer. You can adjust the pitch and volume of the ringer, but not the tone itself.

I cannot hear any sounds from my cell. i can see calls.

try to check if your cell can play built in sounds like ring tones or message tones. if it can, then theres no problem with the speaker.. try cleaning your speaker, reconnect it if you can. look for configurations that has to do with the speaker..

just replace the speaker if you are sure that its not working ...

I hope this will help you :)
Thank you

Ring tone for internal and external calls

this is a change your system administrator will need to handle, (or your phone tech). There is an option in the under "system options" called internal ring cadence for external callers; this is where you can have the system do a double ring for External and a single ring for internal or vice versa.

Night Service and Diver All Call to Voice Mail

make sure the call rerouting always is setup and points to the vm huntgroup, then check the call rerouting assignment points the answer point extn number to the relevant always alternative in night1 and night2 mode

ie; always alternative 10 set all to Reroute and supply vm huntgroup number then program call rerouting assignment for extn during night1 and 2 to 10.

let me know if this resolves the issue if not it could be a number of other timer related / vm configuration / call routing problems which might require a more indepth investigation

Using AVAYA 4610SW IP phone

Answer to the second problem :-

1. The changes in the ring tone has to be made by accessing the Avaya server where the phones are registered.
2. Log in to the avaya server...... enter change station <station number> on the command prompt
3. In the personalized ring pattern field, you can select one out of the 8 available options by typing any digit between from 1 to 8.

4. The ring pattern of that particular station will change accordingly.

5. Keep the personalized ring pattern of all the stations different by assigning different digits against this value
