Why cant i download anything on my phone after formatting my 16g sd

It is possible that your new phone isn't compatible with this old 16GB SD memory card
It is also possible that this 16GB SD memory card simply has died but you can verify this by testing it by trying to access this SD memory card in any computer capable of reading a SD memory card if it not found then this SD memory card simply has died

I did a factory reset and nothing was erased what do i do next

Factory data reset only removes what is in the initial Android folders. Anything outside that like music, movies, books, pictures and downloads will have to be manually removed. For this it is easier to hook the device up to a computer and access it as removable disk and deleting what you wish.

My pc moniter goes all manner of colours and wont work

I would recomend checking both ends of the connection cable to make sure they are secure and fully connected. If they are and it is still giving you trouble you can try using the monitor on another conputer. If the issue stays with the monitor then it is time to replace it. If the issue is only on your pc then it could be an issue with your video card/chipset.

If that is the case you can atempt to reinstall the video drivers by downloading updated drivers from the mfg web site for your video card. If still having issues then it may be time to replace/upgrade your video card to a new one.

My screen keeps turning on and off when i play a game or open rocket dock and im thinking its my drivers but i updated all my drives what do i do?

At first look I'd check the mechanical.

So: TURN OFF YOUR ENTIRE SET UP including monitor and wait for a few seconds. Spare static has been known to cause card failure if it isn't properly ground and seated so check to make sure your card is properly seated and secured...internal ribbon and power cables and external monitor cables

No post case is open i see da fan is working there is a little led that is red that blinks the card is a 3870x2 ddr 4 version from power color my power supply is a 880watt and it works well

Take all but one stick of ram out of your computer and try to boot the system. Usually when your mobo wont post and your video card flashes red you have a bad ram module.

Bios setup gone wrong

Since you didn't have any problem before the update, you could flash the BIOS (revert to it's original state) by shutting down, disconnecting all power (battery for laptops), then removing the CMOS battery for 5 or 10 minutes. Replace the battery, reconnect, then boot and your BIOS should flash and return to it's initial revision and default settings.

Increase the RAM with out fixing any ram cards

In Vista, just connect a flash drive and it will ask it should open it or start ReadyBoost. Choose the latter one and choose how much part of it should be used as memory. But to enjoy it full-time, you need to have it connected always. It is generally used when the PC is freezing a lot and you are running a number of things.
XP is not built to do this, but it can still work. See this video. If it doesn't work, try this international site. But this may take a longer time to load on a slow connection.
