I received a new E280 after my original one stopped working. There was no new disk provided with the new player. The converter will not read my new player.

Is there another online download for this converter?

Set the device to MSC mode (default is Auto) in the USB properties on the Sansa device. This worked for me with a Sansa Fuze on Windows XP running Sansa Media Converter 1.0. Hope this helps.
