By no means is this a solution, only a comment - Internal Amplifier is bad. Check your wiring before installing another unit.

My radio is not working??? Please help!! I have power, it charges batteries fine, it plays music through the AUX and the speakers sound great but when I switch to radio... No sound, if I turn the volume up...

We will hope it is not a failed selector switch.
Let's hope it only needs you to attach an antenna.
Try that and see.
I'm sorry I cannot tell yu where to attach an antenna without seeing the radio.

My radio cuts out when i turn it up and the bass hits on my subwoofer

You are drawing to much power to the amp. I assume that there is no dedicated power fron the battery to the amp. If there is you should look into a capacitor

2004 NISSAN SENTRA . THE VOLUME OF THE RADIO STOPPED WORKING. THE KNOB WORKS, THE BUTTONS FOR DIFFERENT RADIO STATIONS WORK. THERE IS JUST NO VOLUME.

same this happned to me in my 2006 sentra. the volume for the radio is gone. i can tune, its just barely audible/ quiet. weirdly though it sounds perfect when playing CDs. i almost thought maybe it got switched in to mute mode or something. did you figure out your problem?

Amp cuts off...

Are the woofers single or dual voice coil?

How many ohms per coil?

If they are dual voice coil, are the coils for each speaker wired in series or parallel?

Are the speakers connected directly to the amp or are the speaker in series (one wire from each speaker connected to the amp?

Have you checked the DC voltage at the amp when you're playing it at high volume (where it cuts off)?
