Slow gameplay

Does your machine meet the games minimum requirements?
If so have you tried turning the graphics down in your game interface?
Laptop Graphics cards usually use your systems memory so they have a harder time rendering complex graphics. I play WoW and have my graphics turned up on my desktop but have them turned down to minimal for my laptop.

Vista also takes allot of system memory thus leaving less for your video card. If you are going to play games on it on a regular basis I would suggest you have a minimum of 2GIGs of memory.
