my top load washer is leaking water from the bottom...it looks like the water is coming from the front area of the washer or somewhere close to the front. Its not the hoses as I have checked and they all seem in good contidion.

It sounds like you have a leaking pump. The pump is easy to replace:
#1 Use a shop vac and pull all the water out of the drain line. This will keep you from having to clean up about 1 gallon of water off of the floor.
#2 Lift the front of the machine enough for you to get under and see.the pump just inside the front of the washer.
#3 Lift the 2 retaining clips off of the pump. This will allow you to pull the pump off of the motor.
#4 Remove the 2 clamps off of the hoses.
#5 Install the new pump into the hoses, and reinstall the clamps.
#6 With the retaining clips installed into the motor housing, install the pump.
#7 Attach the retaining clips, and set the washer back on the ground.

You have now replaced the washer pump.

During the washing cycle when the agitator is twisting the inner tub keeps moving making a rubbing noise. I have tried moving the outter tub as well as the clothes in the washer to make sure it is not off balance but nothing is working.

it could be coming from different sources. Most likely is the hose. You might need to replace hoses that bring water to the machine, but first check that they are not loose or have cracks that could cause these leaks to occur.

Mav2755aww spins slow. you can stop the tub easy passive connection not direct connection

You will need to replace the thrust bearing on your unit if it is not reaching full spin. It comes with instructions on how to replace it. Here is the "thrust bearing kit" you need. It is a really simple project to complete.

Water is leaking from the bottom of the tub straight down. What's up? Thanks, Paul.

It may be a water hose leak or where the water hose connects to the washing machine. With the power off, use your finger to trace the water leak. Also use a flashlight.

There is a leak at the bottom of the washing machine. Water is coming out the bottom front and bottom left.

The leak is from the drain hoses or the fill pipes.
No need to worry. It's a common issue and easy
to fix of your own.

Maytag top load washing machine leaking water from bottom

The machine is leaking water from the bottom, I think the leak is in the area near where the motor is mounted. Before we noticed the water comes from underneath the washer, we smelled like burning rubber.
