The phone is great in everyway except it will not ring. I lights up on incoming calls, but does not ring or talk. Also, the other phones in the house stop ringing when the Vonage is plugged in.
Can anyone help ???
I found a solution ( My phone not ringing), replacing old three AA size batteries (located on the phone base) by another new batteries. Best Regards: Boris

Phone will not ring. When I tap the "flash" it shows the numbers 1-16, no sample ring as the phone originally did. The phone remaine silent
the phone is doing everything but ring, when I first plugged it in it was fine it rang...after I programed it..it will read the number and light up but no ring..
