Question about Panasonic DP-1810P Laser Printer

1 Answer

Servicing We have a Panasonic 1810P and the print quality has gone down hill enormously. I believe it needs a full service and was wondering if someone could point us in the right direction for a thorough on site service. We are based in Rowville Melbourne.

Hi B.
My geographic knowledge of Oz is not great.
So click this link it will give you the main panasonic dealers in Oz.
If one of them is close they will asssist, or thye will put you in touch with a closer dealer.
Let me know if this is useful.

Are you low or almost out of toner? If that isn't the case then I would call on your local servicing dealer. It could be a problem with the developer unit or it could be something simple. You won't know until a technician looks at the MFP.

DP-1810P USB

sir/mam, there is no usb port on all 1810p and also the usb to parallel cable is not working with these machines.
what you can do as an option is to find a parallel print server, or you may connet the copier to the router with a builtin parallel print server

Panasonic DP-1810P Laser Copier

The copier has an "eye" that detects when the waste toner bottle is full. If you dump it and reuse it, the residue can build up and cause the machine to "think" the bottle is still full. I experienced the same problem. If you re-use an old bottle, after emptying, rinse our any remaining residue and dry the bottle out. Your copier should then notice the bottle being empty.
