Re: help

It may be an issue with your treo saving the pictures as a proprietary format (a custom format, that can't be opened except with special software.)

I suggest going to your service-provider's store-front and asking about it.

Okay, I couldn't find my BlackBerry phone charger for like four months, and when I got a new one I forgot the password. I only have TWO more chances to unlock it and I DON'T want to lose anything...

There is no chance you can get that picture or doing backup process unless your blackberry curve 8300 unlocked. That's the feature of RIM security system, try to remember your password and if you confident with that password then try to make your blackberry unlocked. Good luck and I hope you succeed.

My memory card keep saying "The inserted card cannot be read. Please use another card", then as I try to format it, it's unable to. And It passed the SD card detection. And the I don't know how to format...

just plug it into your computer, go to "my computer" then right click on whatever the sidekick is called, and it should have the format option. or just do as i do when this happens, cross your finger and hope it works lol

Reload operating system in symbol mc50

As you know a cold boot will not help you here.

You need to access the IPL loader.

Press and hold the Power button and both Scan buttons, then press the Reset button. When the mobile computer resets into IPL, release the Power button and Scan buttons.

I can't delete any files of my phone!

You can try removing your SD Card and changing the lock/unlock switch to off on the left edge of your SD Card.

SD and SIM Cards
The sd-card goes in the right hand side, it's hidden behind a silver strip, may have to use your finger nails to get it to come off so you can get to the sd-card and the sim card.

Camera will not read SD card

1.) Mount your camera
2.) Open your dcim folder in your camera
3.) In whatever file browser you're using (Explorer, Finder, Nautilus, etc) enable show hidden files.
4.) Remove .thumbnails folder
5.) Be sure to empty trash

See if that works.

Tungsten E2 sd card - photo's

They won't. Your SD card has to be installed in your E2 and you have to load the pics (multiples if you want using your media icon on your desktop software. There are more steps which I know by heart. Do you have the desktop software?
