I am sorry but you can not print with Dymo RhinoPro 5000 larger than S

Uninstall the software and disconnect the printer from your PC. Then reinstall version 8 of the Dymo Software (without the printer connected) and connect the printer when prompted by the software.

Make sure you are using version 8 of the dymo label software - it is compatible with Windows 7.

how do you change the font size to larger print

I have to assume you are pressing the print button. That being the case, either your batteries are weak or the tape is empty or jammed.

Please try going to Dymo's site at http://www.dymo.com/media/UserGuides/Time%20Manual.pdf I also had trouble finding the instruction book/owner's manual.
