turn on cell phone. activate bluetooth. press right button to search for bluetooth devices. Then press the on button and the volume UP button at the same time on the Jabra headset. The cell phone then finds the device. put in the password/pin (usually 0000). and voila! it works
I just had the same problem pairing the Jabra SP5050 with a Motorolla Razr but then realized the default setting on the Jabra is auto-pairing & that may not work with few phone that "discover" bluetooth devices. Solution: Turn off the Jabra SP5050 by pressing the answer button for about 5 seconds; then turn it ON by pressing it 7 seconds (contrast to the normal turn ON with fewer seconds - the bluetooth light should flash continuously) Now the speaker is in manual pairing mode; use the phone's normal discover bluetooth to locate it.
Brand New Jabra -BT350 won't work on my Nokia 6102i, I did everything in term of setting my phone properly to paired with the Bluetooth, My Phone Bluetooth light is on, and the device blue light is flashing as well, but it still doesn't work. the phone would ring, I hit the JABRA button to answer it.....still can't answer my phone...
