Question about HP LaserJet 1300n Printer
HI there I take it that you have a paper jam open the back door and check that there isn't any paper wrapped around the fuser roller you will be able to see it. If there is then push the little green levers down and try to remove paper from the cartridge side open front cover and remove cartridge if you can see the tail end of the paper pull slowly towards you. once removed close rear door and instll toner and start printing again. If you cannot remove paper from fuser then machine will have to be taken apart the remove paper. Also have you noticed any gray plastic film that has come out with the prints if so then the fuser film is broken and that will need a new fuser unit installed.
If the printer simply doesn't pickup the paper then remove the toner cartridge and using a soft cloth wipe clean the little gray rubber tyre that sits in the middle of the machine then test.
Hope this helps you as I didn't have a lot to go on but
