Is it definatley the administrator account, just just an account you use as an administrator? if its just another administrator account and not THE adaministrator, ctrl alt del twice at the log on screen if its the graphical log on, and enter administrator as the username. if its THE administrator account, download a copy of winternals, burn it to cd and boot from it, then use the locksmith utility. there is also a linux password reset disc for windows which is faster and easier but does require some conifdence with command line interfaces. or ultimateley, put the hard drive in a diferent computer or a usb caddy, backup your data, and re install windows.
if you have other accounts with the administrator or power users rights, you can log in with them, right click on my computer and go to manage (not usually on home editions of any windows) and find the administrator with in the users and groups section. right click and change password.
