I have sold a few of these units and what is happening is that my customers are coming into work in the mornings and finding that the year on the clock has jumped to the year 2036. So we go inot the menu and reset the time to the correct year and time and then the next day it switches back ti Februaury of 2036.

Turn it off and wait about three days and see what happens. There were quite a few pannys sold a few years ago around 2011 where if the power was interrupted like that , they would not work normally until about three days later. Crazy, I know. But ...................
OK so you have to perform hard reset.
You do this by pressing and holding the power and calender button, then pressing and releasing
the reset button. You continue to hold the power and calender buttons
for a few seconds. When you release the power and calender buttons the
unit should beep and then reset.
Being you did'nt say what kind of car you have ( year model car or truck what coutry it was sold new in) Renaults aren't sold in the USA anymore. The hazard flasher switch is also the flasher unit on the ones that are in the USA But they weren't sold new int hte USA after 1987
This sounds like you have "bricked" your psp... there are a few things that can cause this: first would be that you have bricked it trying to install Custom Firmware, another would be that the battery died or it was shut off during an update. You can buy what is called a Pandora Battery and a "magic" memory stick which will reset your PSPs firmware to the original 1.5, or if you still have warranty you can send it in to Sony to get fixed. Pandora batteries and Magic Memory Sticks are sold in a package for about $10-15 on the internet. Good Luck, hope you fix it.

We had this happen with our employees refer when we moved our store just 10 blocks a few years ago. Most the time it is the compressor gets bumped or shaken and a leak of gas disabled the whole unit. Of course it could be a limiting switch, temperature sensor or something else.
Your going to have to decide if it worth a $60 (average) to have a tech come out and touble shoot it for you, or if you want to just put that down on a new machine. Obviously it will depend on what your wanting to replace the older unit with.
Oh, did I meniton the shop we moved was a New Appliance business that sold Maytag, GE, Whirlpool, Sharp, Amana, RCA, Panasonic, and and and and.... Moving appliances was our specialty. So what I am saying, is, moving a refer, there is no guareentee the refer will make the trip.
when you bought this did you just get the in-dash unit or did it come with a brain unit as well .........if it was just the in-dash player you need to buy a brain unit to control bass & treble and other features for this unit when pioneer sold this the dash unit sold for$495.00 but the brain unit cost $599.00 it was a price grabber cause they wouldn't tell you it needs a brain unit (the actual full unit sold for $1200.00 brain/dash) yet it works with other pioneer in-dash units the person you bought from probably upgraded to the avhp-7500DVD and kept the brain unit from the one he sold you but good news its a few years old so i would checkout eBay for the brain unit
hope this answered your problem good luck
