How to select "SPIN ONLY" cycle?

I just can't figure it out, nor can I find it in any of the manuals or
support pages. In the manual, it says that if you are going to store
the machine in freezing temperatures, set it to spin-only for a minute
to get all remaining water out. But it doesn't tell you how to do
that!!
I'm not storing my machine, just want to be able to re-spin a blanket! Anyone know how to do this? Thanks!
