- My 1GB ALi Corp., Firmware Version: V0.90.05, Serial # 00000000000000101000101410066790 mp3 player is recognized by my computer as a 'Portable Media Player' and 'Audio Player'. I exported mp3 music files from my computer to it with no problems. I had to reformat my drive and reinstall WIN XP so I lost the original mp3's. I now want to import them from the mp3 player back to my computer, but the files are not seen by my computer. The explorer window reports it as a 'Type: generic hierarchical' and it also reports the total size/free space in the device. Any ideas on how to retrieve the data from the player would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.Jeff
