This is a known issue with this device. You can call the manufacturer and try to get them to send you a new one, or go to the attached link. They sell parts very reasonably and the installation is a breeze.
hi,i bet that you really need the LCD and touch sreen for your PDA,as you wrote a lot for the problem of your PDA.If you need LCD replacement.pls go to www.keyuda-lcd.com

If have already white strip on the screen, and some colour pigments are presently shown. You should not panic. Just bring your pda to the service center, i had mine fixed as well, i have the i-mate jama 101, when i dropped it, I couldn't see anything but bright light. and the screen was not responding. but anyhow, lets hope that the LCD was not damaged, what you can do, just remove the battery, and let your technician check it carefully. if you still have the warranty, it would be perfect.
I love the wizard - aka the t-mobile vario - if you want to restore it to factory level then t-mobile have this page here-> http://www.tm-phonedownloads.com/sd_vario.html that will let you download the latest version - make sure your pda is attached and activesync is running then ru the software
While holding down the soft keys insert the stylus into the side of the phone (small hole on left hand side) should bring up a prompt to say if you continue you will reset your device....if you can get to setting there is a clear storage option, both master reset device. Good luck..
I used to have this sort of issue with a Palm pilot. It is most likely that a piece of grit or dirt from your pocket has embedded itself between the touch screen and the housing.
This can be fixed by pulling appart your phone however that will void any warranty that you have. If it is still under warranty, return it to the place of purchase and get them to fix it.
