Question about Frigidaire FEB27S5A Electric Single Oven
My top element works in broiler status, but when i turn to regular oven, my bottom element is not heating up only the top element is hot. i unscrewed the bottom heating element but noticed stuffing of some sort, is there a plug inside there i can reach to plug the bottom element back in. i wanted to ask before i attempt to try this, of course the breakers will be off when i attempt this.
I have an old Frigidair electrical delux up right oven, made by general motors probably back in the60 's. The oven temperature bakerlight knob has broken, I need a replacement does any one have one, or know where I can purchase a replacement ?.
Your assistance would be appreciated.
Thank you, Gordon

If you feel through the insulation you can find the two wires that attach to the element pull them through to plug the element back on but there is no plug per say but first are you sure the element is good were there no wires on the element when you removed it should have been two spade connectors with wires on them attached to the element hold my rating till you reply

Hello Chris Hammond, thanks for your post!
Based off the information you have provided it sounds like a potential problem with your connector for your element within your Frigidaire wall oven. I would recommend reaching out to a professional technician for proper diagnosis repair to help avoid any unnecessary part purchases. Best of luck! -Matt
