Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable.
Then you can access it with following link.
for belkin routers http://192.168.15.1
for other routers
http://192.168.1.1
or
http://192.168.0.1
type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or blank or "password"
Then
you can see configuration page of router.Click on wireless and If you
want secure router then enable WEP security then add new code it is
your password key for connect wi fi.
If you are not able to access your router with above link then RESEt it you can find RESET button in back panel of router press it for 10 seconds.Then all settings are defaults.

Do a factory reset on your wireless router. This should remove the current password. Be aware that this opens it up for anyone close to use until you add a new password.
