Yes it could be a fuse or worse. Don't be beguiled into thinking that a simple fuse replacement will ever NECESSARILY fix a problem. It is ESSENTIAL to find out what caused the fuse to blow in the first place.

Probably worse,the first thing I am going to check is,input selector in preamp module,(it is an IC)....Shorly It means the unit is ready for someone ho is an expert for the problem.
