Yes, you need to calibrate the touch screen. If that doesn't work, the touch screen might need replacing but it's pretty easy to do and they are normally only £5 on ebay with free p&p. I know because I just had to replace mine! :o) There are also some really good videos on YouTube which provide step by step instructions on how to replace it. Good luck!
