This problem is probably cause by under secured waterpipes. If you by some metel mounting bracket and inplace them that should work. but before you by them find out the best way to get to the pipes. you might have to cut into a wall or ceiling to do this. or if you have a access panal to your water shut offs that should do the trick too

Does shower / tub drain into black water tank

Would depend on the plumbing, but usually yes. Only toilet water doesn't.

If you have access to the black water tank, you can put dye in the shower, and then test it.

One of my HG shower systems has increasingly lower volume. The shower head and supply hose are fine. what should I check next?

If you are using water in another part of the house most times the pressure at the bathroom shower will go low. For instance if some one in the kitchen draws water in the kitchen sink this will make the shower water even turn cooler because of low pressure. Flushing the toilet will also do the same.
Most houses are plumbed with half inch water pipe and would work a lot better if it was three quarter inch to give more water pressure.

Unfortunately the systems are desiged to pump out. The disintegrated screen thing is part of the maceration end of the system. Your going to have to clean the thing out and replace the macerator.

Leaking shower head

Very few shower heads are made to be rebuilt and any O-ring will always be proprietory (i.e. specific to that brand and part). Rohl has an excellent customer service department. The can tell you if the parts are available and will also tell you to get them. 1-800-777-9762.

Size of inlet for shower for a saniplus toilet system?

Hi,

The inlet pipeworks for a shower to Saniflo would normally be 2" / 52mm polypipe as per the diagram (different saniflo unit type, but they are all the same)

Vibration from my shower panel

Sounds like the pipe going to the shower head is vibrating. Not secured tightly indige the wall. That is about the only thing it could be in my opinion. Hope this helps you out .
