Question about Dell Studio 15 Laptop
You could do a right click at you D: (or whichever drive is it) and choose eject.
If you're talking about the latest dell studio, the only eject button is with the use of Fn + (one with eject symbol) on the keyboard.
P/s: By default, the latest dell studio use Alt + (any function key) instead of Fn. This can be changed at Start -> All programs -> Accessories -> Windows Mobility Center -> Function Key Row (default multimedia key, change to Function key to match standard computer usage)
Btw, the are no tiny hole for manual eject for the mentioned model as it is a slot drive. (correct me if I'm wrong)

Hello and thank you for using Fixya's services.
The easiest way is to go to my computer, right click on D: drive and choose eject. Once the cdrom pops out, I am sure it will shed light on where the button is for future use.
Hope this helps!

I have the version 2 of dell studio 1555, with the f12 -eject key.
well, that didnt help much when I discovered that very thin cd's get stuck in it anyways, I actually used a small nipper to force the cd out. I know it maybe was'nt the smartest way in terms of destroying components inside but it worked!
