Question about HP Business Inkjet 1000 - Printer - colour - ink-jet - Legal - 1200 dpi x 1200 dpi - up to 23 ppm (m...
Dear Sir, Welcome to Fixya Expert zone When the printer periodically makes humming and buzzing sounds as the carriage assembly moves around on the right side of the printer, the printer is actually cleaning the ink cartridges. This is a normal operation for the printer. Sometimes intermittent noises from the printer can be caused by the drive belt slipping over the gears. Clean and lubricat the bar with some silicon lubricant such as WD40 by spraying it on a paper towel and running it across the bar two or three times. I think it solves your problem. If you have any problem regarding this issue leave a comment or feedback,we were happy to assist you. Have a Nice Day
