Problems with MSOE.DLL will not load no matter how many times I install/uninstall . When I try to access either MS Outlook or MS picture it publisher, I get a message that Outlook is "Broken"...or that MSOE.DLL is not loaded...but when I look in the outlook folder it appears to be there? Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Dll missing

This problem occurs when the Previous version isn't uninstalled properly. The thing is that when a software is uninstalled some files often remain in the system. These files are ofter referred to as "Leftovers".

To resolve this issue Uninstall your software (i.e. Previous version of MS Office) using a special Uninstaller software. You can find one if you google these words "uninstaller".
Alternatively you may also find a complete guide on how to fix this problem at this link

Can't download Skype error d3d9.dll

You are definitely using Windows XP as your operating system. Skype latest versions like 5.1 are not compatible with Windows XP. You need do download older versions to make Skype work on Your Windows XP. I recommend the version SKYPE V4.2.0.169. Try to download and install this.
Good Luck!

My MS Outlook's MAPI32.DLL file is currupted or the wrong version. Pls give me solution for Access Outlook.

hello
try rename mapi32.dll and msmapi32.dll to the .old extension and start outlook or access
if that doesnt work try

1. Delete the contents of the "C:\Program Files\CommonFiles\System\MSMAPI\1033" folder
2. Reboot into normal mode and start Outlook/access, setup will replace the files
with the correct version and Outlok will load as normal.

Upgraded to Windows 7 on my D509 Desktop. When I try to open MS Outlook, I get a error message stating that Windows has deactived the avgxch32.dll. Where can I get a new driver that will run within...

avgxch32.dll is an AVG anti virus dll. You will need to upgrade AVG to the most current version or change it out for another Anti-Virus program.
If you have the most current version, uninstall it and reinstall a new copy.
