1st You download Webcam Driver.
My light wave lw-ic500 web cam but i know not
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Download webcam Driver from there.

The drivers and the software can be legally downloaded from the manufacturers web site. If there is no software (the drivers will be there for sure), you can try YAWCAM. It is a freeware software for web cams

If you need a driver of your cam you need to visit their site, they give you a down loadable driver, you need to search the model of your cam then download the driver.
