Have vertical coulerd lines all acrose sceen

This could quite easily be your T-Con board.
The simple way to go about things, is open the unit up. obviously with power off and having grounded yourself first.
1. Dust off everything
2. Check main board for any capacitor issues.
3. not serial numbers and any other numbers you see on your main board and T-con board.
4. search youtube or internet for how to vids for your model of tv
5. if you discover that the problem is related to t-board, which it sounds like it is, then order new t board and replace.
6. Not hugely difficult. Just remember where all the screw go and don't get your screen scratched in the process.

Horizontal white lines 27A43.

You have some bad capacitors. They are located very near and next to your vertical IC. I would guess you would have to replace maybe four of these! Thanks for asking!

If you have a pure White test sceen that you can put on it, try leaving it white for an hour or so to see if you can "burn" it out. If not, your gonna need a panel.

Sratches on screen

We have to love those wonderful and beautiful children. Unfortunally, I know of nothing to repair the scratches but replacing the screen is possible. Should you try this on your own, make sure you install the new screen in the proper direction. Good Luck
