Getting error in the middle of the browsing"server busy.This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose siwtch to to activate the busy program and correct the problem.

    already did.. but no use. still getting the same.

    I'm trying to scan in pictures. The program gives the above error message and I click switch to which opens the program menu

Hello. Check the settings for your Outgoing Server. This includes the Port Number. Try Port 587 for SMTP.

Check the box that reads My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication. Choose Use same settings as my incoming server.

Hi,

Might as well try to power cycle the device meaning disconnect it from the computer , turn off the scanner , unplugged the adapter from the power source and then push on the power button for 5sec so that excess power will be drain and then restart the computer also as soon as your computer boots up connect the scanner .

How can i install the powerpoint 2003?
  1. Insert the installation CD in your computer's disk drive and allow the installation to automatically begin. If the install doesn't begin automatically, click on the "Start" button at the bottom left-hand corner of your PC and choose "Control Panel." Next choose "Add/Remove Programs." Next you will see the option to install from a CD or floppy.
  2. Step 2 Choose the "CD or Floppy" option. Windowsmag-glass_10x10.gif will locate the previously inserted CD and begin the installation. You will be asked to enter your end user license agreement. Enter your license number that is located on the box of the software you purchased. Click "Next."
  3. Step 3 Choose the location you want to install the program. For example, the name of your local disk and the "Programs" folder will be displayed. If you do not want to install in this area, click "Browse" and go to the location on your PC you want to install the program. Once you have chosen the location, choose "Next."
  4. Step 4 Click "Install" on the "Begin Installation" page and the installation process will begin. This process might take a few minutes to complete. Once the installation has completed, you will receive a message the installation has completed successfully. Click "OK," "Next," then "Finish."
  5. Step 5 Verify the program has been installed successfully. Click on the "Start" button, then "Control Panel." The programs that are installed on your computer will be listed. Verify the PowerPoint 2003 program is listed.
