Question about Westinghouse LTV-32w1 32 in. HD-Ready LCD Television
Have you tried a full removal of the AC power. If you have and it still is doing this. Try a differnt source such as a DVD or VHS input. It would be good if you had one of these connected to see if it's image is also green.
Note: what color are the TV's menus when they display.
Normal or green also.
If they are normal then it's a processing board issue. If the menus are green also then it's a LCD panel issue. Both aren't cheep to fix.
