Pairing headsets

I have a problem with pairing my headset with my phone. It worked once or twice. the device name is on the list. but it won't connect. It has the same problem with my computer. It works once or twice. The only time it works is when I uninstall bluetooth and reinstall it again. It will work for about two times. On my computer is when I turn my headset on it says it is connected. But I don't get any sound. My phone is LG ax8600 and my headset is Insignia Model NS-BTHDST
