Projection bulb replaced but contiue to have flashing display lights and buzzing

You don't have to worry about parts. They are very hard to find.

IF ITS A DLP TV REPLACE COLOR WHEEL THIS MAY BE THE CAUSE OF THE BUZZ AND ENDLESS FLASHING....I ASSUME ITS A DLP COS OF THE MENTION OF BULB IF NOT CHECK TRI BULBS STK AMPLIFIERS IF ITS THAT TYPE

Is it 3 sets of 2 buzzes about 15 seconds apart ?
---This is a bad bulb or an improperly installed replacement

or a continuous buzzing ?
----This is a Power Supply Unit going-bad or failed. The louder it gets the harder it is working....eventually it will fail. Ensure there is proper ventilation around your TV.

If the lights on the front of the unit are flashing(remote light) then the bulb may have blown. I had the same problem with a panasonic. Bulbs are about 50 bucks

The main power supply is failing or it is shutting down because of a fault on the output side of it and it is trying to protect itself from overload which can cause a fire. Contact Zenith customer service and describe the problem, particularly the flashing LED which may be giving you an error code.

Is the bulb light flashing ? - Sony's bulb light is very accurate in telling you if the bulb is bad. The buzzing sound could be from the balist trying to strike the lamp. You also may want to open the lamp door and see if the bulb is shattered.

Make sure you have firmly seated the new Lamp. The next step is to go to the rear of the set and put your ear next to the Lamp Door while turning "ON" the tv with your tv remote.
You should hear a short buzzing sound. That is the Ballast "Exciter" firing up to light the Lamp. If you do not hear this buzzing then you probably have a bad Ballast. Ballast part# is BP47-00037A

My Sony lost its picture and had a flashing light. Unplugging for 36 hours solved the problem.
