Question about GE Profile 26.6 cu. ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Dispenser TFX27PRBWW
On several occasions during the past few weeks the refrigerator side of our GE Profile Refrigerator (PSI23SGPA) is freezing the food in the lower section. I've found the temperature set to 37 but reading in the low 30's. None of the Turbo Cool, Express Chill or Thaw functions are on.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
