There may be something, pulp,or paper, jamming the gears for the motoe, you may have to go deeper to find it.

Unplugging, and plugging the unit. Most of the time off and on.

Does the motor try to pull, and then quits?or nothing? If it is nothing, then one of the micro switches may be bad, check the continuity of the micro switches.

They are in the paper feed, under the paper lay,it is a very small switch that connects a circuit, that is why I wanted to check them for paper lodged under the paper lay.Paper lays on it and is pulled threw cause the machine senses the paper in the tray,it ,the problem will be in the feed somewhere,if everything is checking out o k,then the circuit board is not working, did this first happen after a actual paper jam?

If so,then there is a switch that is not working that senses the paper jam, that is why it will not reset is either that,or the circuit board is malfunctioned.Did this happen on manual feed ,or auto, out of the paper tray?

All the guides, and all the pieces you removed, are they snapped back in correctly,if you are not sure go over it again. You are sure there is no paper up in the middle of the unit>right?just asking cause sometimes it will push the paper else where.

Not working

Pull out the tray with paper.
You should find a moving plastic "tongue" near the middle of width in the area where your paper tray should go. It's a contact based flag for the device to consider how much paper is in the tray. Check if it's not broken or stuck in odd position. Move it back and forth several times, with no force, it goes very easily. When you lift the flag up, see message and blinking led stop appearing. Try to pull paper tray back in, add paper if error appears again. Enjoy!
