I am having a shadow/double image problem only on the left side of the screen

- You can enter the service mode by turning the set off. Then using the remote press Display, 5, Vol UP, then power. Write down anything that you change so you can change it back if you need too. Use #1 and #4 to select items to adjust and #3 and #4 to adjust.You will be looking for coarse convergence, fine convergence or Multipoint convergence your set should have at least two in the service menu. - I would start with the convergence items. If your red say is off i would concentrate on just the red conversion items. Just write down what the origional values were and how you changed them. If you do mess up just unplug the set and it will go back to the default settings. Just go slow and take notes.

- Heres how you navigate through the service menu and save changes. Once you save all default ones will be gone so remember to write down anything you change. Hope this helps.
NAVIGATE IN SERVICE MODE

[1] = Moves to Previous Menu Item
[4] = Moves to Next Menu Item
[3] = Adjusts Value Up
[6] = Adjusts Value Down
[MTS] = Toggles Stereo/Mono Audio

SAVE NEW SETTING

[MUTE] followed by [ENTER] = stores NEW service mode settings to NVRAM
