Question about HP DesignJet 500ps InkJet Printer
Screen says too much skew need to reload paper which I have done many of times but still no success
Also check that the roll is snug on the spindle end (black) and the spindle end cap is not loose or broken.

Ensure that when U're loading it the paper ia aligned to the blue lines. If this is so... U have to change the cariage assambley - the optical sensor on the cariage is not working properly.
