For browsing net there must be setting installed and saved in your cell phone. If there is no setting then contact your service provider's customer support help-line (it is toll free). One operator's setting will not support to other operator's network so be fixed with installed the setting of that operator from whom you want to take the service. It is also necessary to know for you is browsing net is free or charged? and is this service auto activated or needs to be activated by sending message request. All this can be cleared by your provider, you are customer and you have right to ask your operator. Feel free to ask him on help line...
