I have a cruzer micro 4gb sandisk peen drive but it has not detecated by my laptop so what should i do?

Actually, your laptop hasn't detected your flash drive. Please make sure all of your software on the computer is completely up to date. Next, try plugging the flash drive into a different computer to see if it shows up. If it doesn't show up on a different computer, then try formatting it. Once formatted, try again. There is a possibility that the flash drive has gone bad, but just take things one step at a time.

Nothing will show up ...

first connect your player and after windows has found it open your 'my computer' folder. if you see the player listed as a drive, right click on it and then click format. You will lose all data/songs but you can always reload them later from your music library. Make sure you use FAT format if windows gives you the option. after format is complete, disconnect the player and it should reboot. After that, you may need to go to the sandisk website and upgrade the firmware. Don't try reformatting from the website. it never seems to work.
