One of the gears are dislocated. open the printer carefully and check for loose gears, or you take it to a technician.

Error in A3 print

I had the same problem. Didn't find the answer. I removed the HP 1280 driver and installed HP 1220 Driver. It worked. It prints all the sizes perfectly. What is in name if we get the prints on A3 size. whether it is HP 1280 or HP 1220 :)

Paper jam

Carefully pull it out. Try not to rip the paper, because you may get some stuck inside. It may be necessary to open the printer up and even remove part of the cover to get it all out.
