It's required to contact the telecom service provider or SIM vendor to get the PUK code or SIM unlock code for no cost. It's required to provide information about the 16 digit serial # printed on the SIM card to get the PUK code.

1. remove your simcard
2. type *2767*3855# ALL DATA WILL BE LOST.
If the phone is locked with firmware then the code wont work.

Remove Sim then type #*7337# Worked for Me(Samsung SGH-J700V) Please Remember To Back up Your Phone 1st Copy Phone To Sim Before Removing it.
