Question about Electric Jazzy 1115 Power Wheelchair
Look on jazzy web site for lockout procedures.I have seen people accidentally engage the lockout thru the joystick.It is a simple procedure

1. make sure it's not still pluged in recharging.
2. make sure both free wheel levers are engaged.
if the jazzy is still flashing and not moving refer to the flash code in your owners manual. count the flashes between pauses. get back to me if you don't have the manual. Mike
